You don't need to enter any payment information unless you decide to upgrade. If you do decide to upgrade instead of continuing with the free product, you can pay with credit card. When you take one of our yearly subscriptions, you can also pay with bank transfer or PayPal.

You can choose between three options. One, you show a contact form at which visitors can leave their question and email address. Two, you hide the chat entirely. Three, you use our native chatbot Chat Butler to receive your customers, collect their questions, and notify you to come online.

We offer a chatbot framework to which you can connect your chatbot(s). We also offer a native chatbot, Chat Butler. Chat Butler receives your visitors when no one is online. He collects their questions, while notifying you to come online. If no one comes online, he creates an offline message instead.
