If you want to send a chat conversation into Help Scout Dashboard, all you need to do is click on the chat panel button “Addons” and then press on “Help Scout”. Alternatively you only need to type $helpscout and the chat session will be sent automatically. It’s also easy to send your chat transcripts and offline messages into Help Scout. All it takes is a click on the button “Create Ticket” next to the message overview and then “Create Help Scout Ticket”.
