Live Chat Integration with HubSpot

    About the Integration

    With our new integration you can send Chat Transcripts and Offline Messages from Userlike to HubSpot. This creates a new Contact & Deal in HubSpot’s CRM section. Make sure you pick the fruits from all those Inbound efforts by chatting with the readers of your content. If a blog user shows genuine interest in the related product/service over the chat, you can save the content details inside HubSpot and follow up on the user later on. Userlike data can be sent directly from the Chat Panel, using the command $hubspot, or from the detail view of chat transcripts / offline messages.

    How to Set it Up

    To set up the live chat integration with HubSpot you need both a Userlike and HubSpot account. If you have those, simply go the the Addon Section of your Userlike Dashboard and enter your HubSpot API key. You can find a detailed integration tutorial here.
