JIRA is easy to use, simple to set up, and has everything you need for IT support and customer service. It provides bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions.

Go to the add-on overview section and select the JIRA configure option.
Here you can enter the URL and credentials for your JIRA application.
Sending conversations to JIRA
In the Message Center, you can now manually send conversations to JIRA via the action bar above the conversation or via chat command in the input field.

Under **All conversations** you can also send multiple conversations to the add-on.
