Introduction

JIRA is easy to use, simple to set up, and has everything you need for IT support and customer service. It provides bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions.

If you are using the cloud version of JIRA, you first need to generate an API token. Click here for a step-by-step guide.

Create account

Step 1

Go to the add-on overview section and select the JIRA configure option.

Step 2

Here you can enter the URL and credentials for your JIRA application.

Sending conversations to JIRA

In the Message Center, you can now manually send conversations to JIRA via the action bar above the conversation or via chat command in the input field.

$jira - Create JIRA issue from current conversation

Under **All conversations** you can also send multiple conversations to the add-on.
