EmailTicket Tutorial
Introduction
With our EmailTicket integration we provide a way to receive notifications via specified email addresses. Subscribe to a set of events for which you will receive an email with a JSON file attached.
Step 1
Go to the **Add-ons** section and select the EmailTicket configure option.

Step 2
Enter your email address that should receive the ticket. By separating email addresses with a comma you can add multiple addresses.

Event Subscription
You can configure your addon and subscribe to a set of events that you would like to receive emails to your configured addresses.

Sending conversations to EmailTicket
In the Message Center, you can now manually send conversations to EmailTicket via the action bar above the conversation or via chat command in the input field.
