Userlike can be easily integrated with CentralStationCRM, the popular web-based CRM-software from Germany. To reach customer relationship excellence you can send conversations to CentralStationCRM to follow up on contacts, proposals and deals.
Go to the **Add-ons** section and select the CentralStationCRM configure option.
Here you can enter your CentralStationCRM URL and your API token.
Your API token can be found by selecting your profile in the upper right then by selecting "My settings".
At the bottom of the next page, select "Manage external applications (API)" to view your API.
The next page lists all configured API keys.
Sending conversations to CentralStationCRM
In the Message Center, you can now manually send conversations to CentralStationCRM via the action bar above the conversation or via chat command in the input field.

Under **All conversations** you can also send multiple conversations to the add-on.
