Introduction

Using tracking software to analyze all the happenings on your website is a good first step towards continuous optimization. We have made it possible for you to track the events surrounding the Userlike chats as well! We chose six events to be followed:

  • Proactive chat offered to Webvisitor
  • Proactive chat session started
  • Chat session started
  • Webvisitor receives a message
  • Webvisitor sent message
  • Webvisitor left offline message

It is also possible to see how these events connect to your operators. We have prepared the tutorial that guides you through the integration.
