UserVoice integrates easy-to-use feedback, helpdesk, and knowledge base management tools in one platform to empower users to speak and companies to understand.
Go to the Addons section and select the UserVoice configure option.
Then you can enter your UserVoice subdomain and api information.

To obtain your api credentials, log into your UserVoice account, click the settings cog and select "General".

Then select the "Integrations" tab and click on "UserVoice API keys".

Now add a new key and make sure you select the "Trusted?" Checkbox.
Sending offline messages to UserVoice
After the configuration process you can send offline messages to UserVoice. This will create a new ticket.
Sending chat transcripts to UserVoice
The same function is available for sending chat transcripts to UserVoice. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
