The online customer support software and helpdesk solution. With the Userlike integration you can create tickets out of chats or offline messages and send them to your Freshdesk account.
Go to the Addons section and select the Freshdesk configure option.
Here you can enter your Freshdesk URL and your API Token.
You can find the API Key in your Profile Settings in Freshdesk.
Sending offline messages to Freshdesk
After the configuration process you can send offline messages to Freshdesk. This will create a new ticket.
Sending chat transcripts to Freshdesk
The same function is available for sending chat transcripts to Freshdesk. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
