Go to the Addons section and select the Desk.com configure option.
Here you can enter your Desk.com credentials.
Create a new API application in your Desk.com "Admin Settings" to receive your credentials.
Your application Key and Secret are displayed in your Applications overview.
Get your personal Token and Token Secret by clicking "Your access token" in the Applications overview.
Sending offline messages to Desk.com
After the configuration process you can send offline messages to Desk.com. This will create a new contact person and new case.
Sending chat transcripts to Desk.com
The same function is available for sending chat transcripts to Desk.com. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
