Capsule is an online CRM tool that allows you to keep track of the people and companies you do business with. With our integration you can convert chats and offline messages into Capsule CRM cases to keep track of your Webvisitors' interactions.
Go to the Addons section and select the CapsuleCRM configure option.
Here, first enter the URL of your CapsuleCRM account and configure the add-on to fit your needs. Then click "Update settings".
Next, you have to authorize our add-on to access your CapsuleCRM account.
We will redirect you to your CapsuleCRM account. If you have not been logged in there already you have to do so now.
Next, choose the CapsuleCRM account you want to integrate with us, by entering its name in the text field.
Then confirm that you indeed want to allow access to our application.
Once you allowed access you'll be redirected to your CaspuleCRM add-on configuration in the Userlike Dashboard.
The add-on is now ready to be used. Please note that you can always re-authorize access to CapsuleCRM here, e.g. when you accidentally revoked access in your CapsuleCRM dashboard.
Sending offline messages to CapsuleCRM
After the configuration process you can send offline messages to CapsuleCRM. This will create a new contact person and a case.
Sending chat transcripts to CapsuleCRM
The same function is available for sending chat transcripts to CapsuleCRM. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
