SmartsUpp is a good solution if you’re looking for a simple and cheap chat tool. But if you’re looking for a more professional solution with a wider feature set, you will probably prefer Userlike.

You only need to enter payment information if you decide to upgrade instead of continuing with the free product. When you do, you can pay by creditcard or choose between bank transfer and SEPA direct debit if you choose one of our yearly subscriptions.

You have three options. One, show a contact form that visitors can leave their question and email address in. Two, make the chat disappear. Three, use our native chatbot Chat Butler to welcome your web visitors, collect their questions, and notify you to come online.

Userlike has a chatbot framework that you can use to connect your chatbot(s) to. We also have a native chatbot called Chat Butler. He receives your visitors when no one is online, collects their questions, and asks you to come online. If no one does, he creates an offline message instead.
