You probably invested a good amount of time into designing a beautiful BigCommerce site. Of course, you want the Website Messenger to fit in smoothly. Adjust the colors and texts to tailor the chat to your brand. You see your changes in this little preview.

Integrate the chat on BigCommerce

For this final step, we go to the installation tab under "Channels > Website widgets" in the Userlike Dashboard. What you see here is your unique Userlike javascript code. This might look a bit techy but no worries, it really is super easy.

  1. Just copy the code and head over to your BigCommerce account .
  2. On your home screen, go to "Advanced Settings" in the menu on the left side, then click "Live Chat".
  3. Under “Providers”, select the option "Other Third Party Live Chat Service".

  5. Save your settings and move to the newly created tab in the top bar. Here, you can now paste the Userlike Widget code that you copied earlier.

  7. Hit "Save”...

...and that’s that! Userlike live chat is now integrated and visible on your BigCommerce site.
